iRiver playing a movie of an iPod photo trying to play a movie
We're the first to admit playing a "movie" on an iPod Photo by exporting the sound, and thousands of frames is as silly as it sounds, so ludicrous that we had to do a how-to on it. Now things are getting toally wacky, and already a video has turned up of someone watching a video on their iRiver H320 (an MP3 player which just recently acquired the ability to playback video clips) of us "watching" the new Star Wars trailer on our iPod Photo. It's getting mighty recursive in here.

gravity baby =?
Hit back!!
Play a 'movie' on the iPod Photo of them playing a movie on the iRiver of you playing a movie on the iPod Photo of them playing a movie on the iRiv....
Uhhh.... Forget it!
oh god - not another iPod 'story' - I cant take it anymore.
Woot! Here I come to plug my ideeeaaaaaaaa (again):
You could totally play back videos using your iPod if you'd just
Step 1) Record the audio of a MODEM transmitting a video file into MP3
Step 2) Play back the audio file through your iPod into a device that decodes the MODEM sounds back into video and out through an NTSC RCA cable into your TV
Step 3) Profit.
Alternatively you could do this with JPEGS or whatever for the non-iPod photo iPod owners.
Once this is done, THEN you should play back the video of the iRiver playing the video of you guys trying to play back a video on your photo iPod.
PS abusing yousendit.com isn't cool, I say BAH to the guy who posted that video.
But it is a funny video though :)
modems generally don't work with compressed audio formats.
which is why using a modem on a VoIP line (speaking of recursive...) and most digital lines won't work for fax machines or modems.
uncompressed AIFF / WAV? that should work fine.
Play a pseudo video on the iPod of the iRiver breaking down and the poor customer service that ensues!
say what you will about the h300 but iriver customer service is top notch ...and the hardware they produce is rock solid ...if not for just a bit of chipped paint
Recursive? Looks nested to me.
Where do we see the video?
