Painted iBooks for that rebel in you
Want your iBook painted with some artwork, your pet, or a giant Asian character you can't translate? Head over to paintedbybytes.com, a new service that will customize your iBook in all sorts of painted ways. Think of them as a tattoo shop for computers. They mention on their site that what they're doing is an experiment, and based on response this holiday season, they may expand their services to additional artists and designs (and iPods, we're guessing). The service runs anywhere from $139 on up, depending on what you want done.
