iPod mini skins
If you're finding the current iPod mini colors to be a little too festive, you might want to invest five bucks on
black "carbon fiber" skin or seven bucks on this Matrix-inspired one (pictured above) that'll convery your
shiny happy iPod mini into something a little more somber. There're actually a bunch of different ones that are little
more colorful, but we can't in good conscience recommend the tie-dyed one or the leopard print one or the "human skin"
one (which is especially creepy).

That is soooo cool! I know someone who'd love to have this in their stocking this christmas!

Unfortunately shipping costs just as much as the skin. They are not re-applyable. Once you put them on, good luck getting them off in one piece. I had one leave residue on my ipod which I had to rub off. Nothing major. Overall they were pretty cool and prevented minor scratches, but they definitely look cheaper than on the site. I wish I could return the 2nd one I bought, but there are no returns allowed. The carbon fiber one looks good from a distance, but up close it doesn't resemble carbon fiber all that much. And the shiny ones don't look nearly as cool as on the site. It's just a cheap looking high shine mirrored finish - in plastic. ewww...

Decalgirl has a couple of cool designs. Hey 010111, you can go over to www.Skinit.com and upload a picture of your own skin and have it on your iPod. In fact, you can upload any picture you want. I just ordered a picture of my Great Dane and it looks awsome!

That skin skin is kinda dry looking, I hope that person wound up getting some lotion or started drinking more water. They shoulda gone all the way and put in some follicles, hairs, or a belly button.
