You'll want to try and remember not to sit on it while your laptop's still in there (unless you want to use your overheated laptop to keep your ass warm during the winter), but Andrew Bunker has a concept design for a laptop bag called the BodyBuddy that unfolds into an ergonomic seat cushion with back support.
