Best Piñata ever
We're definitely getting one these Piñatas (which were apparently last redesigned sometime around 1991) for
Engadget's first birthday party coming up in March. Except instead of candy we're going to fill this sucker up with USB
flash drives and iPod shuffles.
[Thanks, Il Postino]

Can I come? I'll bat the hell out of that OS9.
Dont you remember anything!??! Dont eat your IPod Shuffle!
So I guess I should be expecting my invitation in the mail? :)?
Heh, why do I find it comical that the highlighted menu option is "select all"? OK, I'm weird.
I'd fill it with monkey brains and not tell anyone about it until it was too late.
Think you could save me an iPod shuffle after the smashing =-)
I believe the proper usage is:
iPods shuffle
No no no. Let me correct YOU. It is
Youre a dumbass
Looks like an old Tandy and an iMac got together and made sweet sweet lovin under the mexican moonlight.
You're upset about the fact that your potential pi? is obsolete.
Yes, this is engadget alright.
I want to come to the party. I live in NYC :)
Listen, if your going to correct, please, please, please, get it right. If you're changing it to Ipods shuffle, you're basically saying, that yes in their spare time Ipods tend to shuffle about. I haven't seen mine on any adventures yet, so I'm sure this isn't what you meant.
P.s. they had it right the first time round.
Wow, grammar cops are working hard today.
Side note: where's my invite?
Stay with the flash drives ........
I am a windows guy lol sorry .
iPods shuffle:
the argument is that the "shuffle" is a post-placed adjective, ala attorney general. The attorney general is an attorney with general duties (not, e.g., specific to one department). so when you talk about the head legal officer of the 50 states, you refer to the "attorneys general" not the "attorney generals." in a similar vein, if you have two heterosexual married sisters, you have two brothers-in-law, not two brother-in-laws. applying the same reasoning, one ends up with "iPods shuffle" as the plural of "iPod shuffle." I'm not convinced, but I understand the argument.

William Safire Orders Two Whoppers Junior
NEW YORK--Stopping for lunch at a Manhattan Burger King, New York Times 'On Language' columnist William Safire ordered two "Whoppers Junior" Monday. "A majority of Burger King patrons operate under the fallacious assumption that the plural is 'Whopper Juniors,'" Safire told a woman standing in line behind him. "This, of course, is a grievous grammatical blunder, akin to saying 'passerbys' or, worse yet, the dreaded 'attorney generals.'" Last week, Safire patronized a midtown Taco Bell, ordering "two Big Beef Burritos Supreme."
oohh, wow...er, what on earth is a pinata?
Mommy my head hurts
I've got one of these hanging over my desk at the office. The interface is a, um, masterful blend of Windows and Mac OS 8/9. FSVO masterful that includes ugly as sin and wrong as hell.
And here you have the Tandy version, more like mid 80's...
