Hold on, wasn't yesterday the day that Siemens was supposed to make a decision about the future of their ailing cellphone business? Yeah, it was, but despite losing another $186.4 million dollars last quarter, the company has decided not to decide (or at least announce that they've made a decision about what they're going to do yet). Adding insult to injury, LG, who was rumored to have been interested in buying Siemens' mobile division, just supplanted them as the world's fourth-largest cellphone maker, too.
