The Book Digital SmartBook G168A
Today's random Chinese OEM of the day: Book Digital Co.; their random gadget: the SmartBook G168A Windows CE
handheld. Unlike the rest of those boring post-PDA tablets, this 9.2 x 5.2 x 0.86-inch beast has a full 7-inch 800x480
widescreen, 400MHz Intel XScale CPU, 64MB flash, 128MB RAM, VGA, Ethernet, serial, USB, PS/2, stereo in/out, a SD/MMC
slot, and our personal fav, integrated GPRS and CDMA 1X (it's got a WiFi module, too).

It looks awesome except no bluetooth...?
Seems to be the key needed feature since no one would wanna hold that to their head.
Other than that, it's awesome not some random gadget.
Quanto questa ?
Add a hard drive and that thing would make a nice PMP.
So long as you like WMA and WMV...
Kinda strange...as big as it is I'd expect CF in addition to SD/MMC, then you easily COULD add an HD...
802.11b should be a standard for all handheld.
Biggest fault: USB 1.1 only. What's with that?
Are there any good SNES/NES/Genesis/MAME emulators for Win CE. This thing could be a cool little ROM-playin' box.
With the VGA port, this could be the first handheld WinCE or Palm type device that you could do a Powerpoint presentation with embedded mpegs on a projector. It could use bluetooth and USB2 as stated, but this is getting close to an ideal handheld for me. Bring it to the US PLEASE!
