50 Cent's got a Nintendo DS — and he wasn't about to settle for some pre-designed
skin, yo. He had a custom version of the portable
designed for him, opting for some smooth camouflage style with the "G-Unit" moniker emblazoned on the front cover.
Witness the power of the dollar, sucka.

it needs to be camouflage so he can play in thick jungle brush of New York but still be under the radar.

This is the first picture I've seen of a DS where it doesn't look like some generic piece of plastic and lcd. The touch thing and the use of the microphone in games may be somewhat innovative, but whoever did the industrial design on this thing just quit halfway through. I wouldn't be surprised if their new GB unit at the end of the year turns DS into Nintendo's Lisa.

I'm sure those people who do custom spray painted CPU cases can do a much better job than this.
Actually since the camo is gray that makes it "urban" camouglage, so it'd be right at home in the middle of NYC. As opposed to the woods or the desert which would be green and beige respectively.
Now I don't know why he would need to play his ds on the downlow, but maybe he's just looking for a little privacy as he plays metroid...
I had my DS camouflaged... now I can't find it.
it's a shame he doesn't have any games to play on it. something tells me 50 isn't going to fire up warioware.
