Braille mouse-like computer display
Normally, displays for the visually impaired are rather on the large and expensive side. Many actuators are used to create these refreshable tactile displays with 20 - 80 braille cells, each with eight pins that can be raised or lowered to represent braille points. The Braille mouse takes a different approach, simulating the larger display in a much smaller form factor by employing a rotating disc. The braille cells live inside a mouse-like case, with a reading window inside to allow users to feel the characters on the disc. An activation mechanism below the disc brings the braille pins into the correct orientation.

Braille is the name of a French inventor of letter writing for the blind. Therefore it should be in capital writing.
They should resave their video, it's 10 times bigger than it should be.
braille with small-b is correct. We're referring to a writing system, not a person, even if it happens to be named after a person.
