Gosh doncha think this post is a little ah sarcastic, flippant, demeaning considering the poor chap's injuries?
Regardless of the amount he's wanting for compensation, you could be a little more humane. Other than owning the phone he's not at all to blame for his injuries, location or whatever battery installed in his phone.
