European gamer friends, get the tissues (or credit cards) ready. Sony is delaying the launch of the PlayStation Portable in Europe by "several months" in order to meet the demand on this side of the pond (sorry, suckas!). The PSP was originally supposed to launch in Europe close to the same time as the North American launch (just a few weeks later), but Sony's factories haven't been able to pump out the little fingerprint collectors fast enough to do a simultaneous launch. They're now going to wait and see if they can meet the demand in the US before setting a European launch date.
