Samsung @ CTIA - The SPH-G1000 3D gaming phone
This one's on the Korea-only tip, but Samsung was also showing off their SPH-G1000 gamephone here at CTIA this week. The hardware accelerated 3D gaming is the main thing to get excited about (or not excited about, if mobile gaming ain't your bag), but the G1000 also as EV-DO, a 1.3 megapixel camera (with flash), dual speakers, a 262,000 color display, and TV output support, which sounds like you can hook this up to television when you get tired of gaming on a tiny screen.

what about when you're tired of gaming on a tiny controller?

Kinda big ain't it? Still you gotta LOVE that tv output!! Kudos for that. It's about time more mobile devices allowed for tv output. Monitor would be better but I wonder what kind of adaptor it would need..?

Mobile gamers will eat this up. It has forced feedback with immersion's vibetonz. Samsung is on a roll IMO.

Great phone. I remember seeing a picture of this a while back. Too bad it will not be here any time soon.

The phone could have made waves if it was a globally launched product and seems its a CDMA phone which is a major disadvantage when you compare it with the N-Gage, But guys it is close to the Gizmondo but it cant touch it coz it's got GPS and much more but nothin can touch the mighty SONY's PSP which the forerunner of mobile gaming.
