Microsoft to unveil EyeToy-esque camera for the Xbox 360

So it looks like J Allard's had his eyes on Sony's EyeToy camera of PlayStation 2 fame. In a recent interview with Bloomberg News, he hints strongly that Micrsoft is planning to come up with their own version of the body movement-controller device for the Xbox 360. This would have to mean MS will be developing some new games to take advantage of the controller, which opens up some new possibilities on that platform. Of course, all is still sight unseen until E3, but Allard's quotes seem pretty unambiguously pointing in the direction of a nod to Sony's device (which is pictured at right).

Just bring on the XBox 360 already, all this news that keeps poping up and makes me want to knwo more about the system and see some real pics, i dont want to know what else they are making for it.... =et it going already and let me pre order it, just like psp!!! the count down has started i get mine at 7am tomorrow morning !!! iv been watching 24 session 3 on dvd since 7am this morning i figure it will be a good way to pass the time!

The xenon/xbox next may be called the xbox 360, but it's not official yet. Engadget insisting on calling it the (lame BTW) xbox 360 is obnoxious.
