Generally speaking you can't get into too much legal trouble for simply reposting a photo--it's only if you are contacted by the copyright owner and continue to refuse to remove it that you risk serious legal liability (unless there is some other extenuating circumstance involved, like posting nude photos or whatever). We have a ton of experience using press images, and as I said, it's Mobile-files that should be worried, not us.
