LG LG-LP3550

LG's rolling out their latest handset with a built-in biometric fingerprint scanner, the LG-LP3550, which also has a 3.24 megapixel digital camera, MP3 playback software, dual 3D stereo speakers, and miniSD card slot. The fingerprint scanner (the likes of which we've seen before on cellphones) actually isn't there to stop someone else from simply using your phone, it's actually there for authorizing transactions and protecting your personal data when you're doing wireless online banking, somethig which is just starting to catch on in South Korea.
