Because of the current price of P2 cards, the Panasonic HVX200 definitely hangs in there. It's tapeless like SONY's XDCAM but the P2 cards just 8GB and at $1,500+, they seem like a poor choice.
If they manage to save the DVCPRO HD to a Firewire drive, however, this will definitely be very GOOD news.
