Following the links, it looks like it starts at $2000, directly from Toshiba.

The 6600 TE makes it something to think about for a graphics / gamer person. Sure a Tablet is no Wacom but then it's convienent. Plus, it is a gadget.

Anyone know how I might see one of these live? Hard to buy sight unseen but at first glance it looks awesome.

You might be able to find an M200 at a Fry's or Best Buy, and it's basically an older, smaller, slower version of this. I use a 3505, which is an even slower, even older version.

I use mine at school, where I can take notes using the pen. I can annotate powerpoint presentations, I can record the lectures, and I've even done my calculus homework on it, and printed it out to turn in.
I got the 2GHz model, with 1GB of RAM, and 128 MB of video RAM. I'm not sure I needed the extra video memory, but I did load up Max Payne II and it runs great.
What I don't like about it are the crappy little speakers. They sound awful... my girlfriend has a Dell Inspiron 6000, and it sounds loads better than mine. Of course, she likes to brag on her bigger screen, too. The thing is, everyone wants to see mine, especially when I flip the screen around and start writing.
The hinge is quite solid, and I have to think that Toshiba really did their research there. As long as one doesn't slam it around, I get the feeling it'll last a good long while.
The weight doesn't bother me, since I'm sitting at a desk while writing anyway. I suppose if I had to stand while writing, it might get annoying.
Battery life is not that long... but then this is my first laptop and I don't have anything to which I can compare it. When I'm in lecture I tend to put the battery life settings at the stingiest level, and it'll get me through three hours of lecture.
So far, I've got no real complaints. I like its versatility, don't care for the sound, and I wish the battery life were a bit longer. Other than that, it's a great gadget.
