All right, after many a false sighting and tons of sketchy pics (the

Mary a run for her money), our sources are confirming that this is really it. My, Xbox 360, how

I can't believe you guys are so worried about the LOOKS of the console. You sound like a bunch of women trying to put together an outfit. Lets concentrate on the important part, the performance, shall we..... It could be a perfectly square blue box for all I care, as long as it performs like the guys at MS say it will.

as the intelligence drops 30 feet, its as oz316 said its all about performance, style is only a bonus. if it can do all the things the hype is saying it can do then thats all that matters. hell we're playing with a god damn block now but my games play nicely and thats all i care about
to be honest why is everybody so bothered about how it looks and always comparing it to the old xbox. it is a huge jump in gaming so lets just get on with playing the games and not whinging about how it looks

More pics have been released for this product at www.xbox.com. This thing is awesome. Btw, you can change the colors of the system so it doesnt have to be only white (for u white haters) ^^. Anyway, the Xbox 360 Costs $299, and includes Xbox Live and WIRED Controllers. The Xbox 360 CORE however, is $399.99 and incudes Xbox Live, Wireless controllers, Digital Camera, Webcam, and all the goodies. Thats right, u have to make a decision which one u want, (Im going for the CORE)~!
Uh... Ok for one this is the final version of the XBOX 360 (design), there are 5 options for online pre-ordering, one of which is $2,000 and contains 22 games. oh yea and none of them include the Digital Camera and Webcam. (In my book having those 2 things sounds ridicolous to me because you could use the DIGITAL CAM AS A WEB CAM) Think about it and make a more educated guess next time. Im not sure what the in store packaging is gonna include but you will have to wait a good month to freakin buy this thing due to backordering. Oh yea and btw Brandon commies don't come from canada ;).
Oh yea a few more flaws in your post philip, For one the system alone is gonna cost 399$, #2 you can't "change the color" you can "buy faceplates" somewhat like a cell phone. #3 it includes a SILVER version of xbox live which can only be play ed on the weekends, the gold version is all the time and will cost around 20$ a month we estimate. I don't know what you mean by goodies but in order to get the 20gb hardrive you have to buy an online bundle...
being able to play silver on weekends is rumor not true. Goto xbox.com read it for yourself. It has less features but can be played anytime.

and changing the face plate is the same freakin thing as changing the color but only on the front. Yeah the webcam isn't available yet but he's right about the rest of it. And no you don't have to buy an online bundle to get the harddrive, all you need is the premium bundled package for $399 just like he said. Your gonna talk junk bout this guy and you know nothing yourself... get YOUR facts straight.

Wow, 360? Next Gen? I don't think so, Microsoft was too eager with their system. Sony is coming with PS3 which im convinced is "next-gen" I mean Xbox 360 is a small improvement, PS3 Is a next-gen console and I'd rather spend my money on that then a crappy wannabe Apple xbox. Microsoft can do better.

Well... it's here now whether you like it or not. And I sure as hell like it.
If PS2 WAS next Gen - XBox kicked the hell out of it but it was still considered the same generation.
So I think it is definately safe to say the 360 IS next gen - especially when compared to the PS2.
