I agree Jason. I use my old Sony Multiscan G500 21" monitor in my bedroom
for computing, TV,and vid. With a good video card it can deal with any resolution that is commonly available -- and more. Seperate isolated and redundant systems are over and just don't realize it -- but the high price panels have a way to go in both value and performance. Actually projectors are looking better and better to me and may be the way I go next. I like the idea of an integrated system with a projector and an inertial wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. Total freedom of movement and position, with full and easy pc control. Very erg.
