How not to get Best Buy to fix your broken TV

We've all been completely pissed off with Best Buy for one reason or another, but no matter how infuriatingly incompetent their people can be, it's probably not a good idea to follow Marlene Anne Bagnall's strategy for getting what you want out of them. She found out the hard way that while pulling a gun on the Best Buy television repairman and telling him that, "You're not leaving until the TV is fixed," actually isn't a good way to get your TV fixed, it is an excellent way to get yourself charged with aggravated assault and false imprisonment. The repairman, who had already tried and failed to fix her TV several times, calmed her down by calling Best Buy and getting them to agree to give her a new TV, then left and called the cops.
Bestbuy is the WorstBuy. You can save tons by shopping from Amazon or Sears instead.
I also find it a little rude how they put someone infront of the enterance door that supposedly 'GREETS' you.
i still haven't got my rebate on last year's christmas purchase- a pack of 100 dvd-Rs

Stopped shopping at BB years ago! I call it WB - "Worst Buy"! Great idea though! You go, girl!
Everyone need a lesson in how retail works? Guy at the door "greets" you as part of his job while he cracks down on thiefs - sorry it offends you that there are security measures against the unlawful - if you don't like it, quit stealing from them AND get everyone else to stop too... g'luck with that.
Secondly, the return process sucks and they have to "search" your goods and all that crap because people suck. You people set your own rules by screwing up the retail industry by playing them as fools - returning the crap speakers and keeping the expensive ones - shame on you - and THANKS for ruining OUR experience. Because of you prices go up, returns become harder and longer, and/or businesses will go under if they don't stop scam idiots like you. It is people like YOU who do the unlawful acts and think it's cute and funny when you set the bar higher for the retailer. This doesn't go for just Best Buy. This goes for any retailer. They lose profits because of customers they have to take action to stop that or else they won't be existant anymore - how is that hard to understand?
Your petty childish games makes life for real adults hard and miserable. You say you hate Best Buy - but we know, retailers hate you. :)
