i-mate throws down its PDA2
So i-mate's PDA2 is now official, so let's get to the specs: Intel XScale 520MHz processor, 128MB RAM/64MB ROM, 3.5-inch QVGA TFT, WiFi, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera, SDIO/MMC slot, and tri-band GSM/GPRS. Disappointingly, it's running Windows Mobile 2003 — come to think of it, that 64MB ROM isn't so stellar, either. This could well be too little, too late on this device. Maybe existing i-mate Pocket PC users will be swayed by the fact that all their accessories will be compatible? Well, maybe.

Because this already an old device just a minor upgrade of the old one (wifi and 1.3 megapix). This is the equivalent of the XDAIIi.

Jayson! It isn't an upgraded old device! This is a new device, but it looks like the old i-mate PDA1. The normal i-mate pda called "Himalaya" but this name is "Alpine". Sorry, I can't speak English well (because I'm Hungarian) :-D

When is the next upgrade of the i-mate PDA2K?
