It took a few months, but Cingular finally got their hands on HP's iPAQ h6320 and h6325 Pocket PC Phones. The h6325 and and the cameraless h6320 are basically just the Cingular-branded versions of those h6310 and h6315 Pocket PC Phones that T-Mobile introduced last year (and then pulled and reintroduced earlier this year), and each runs on Windows Mobile 2003 SE and has a 3.5-inch touch screen, an OMAP 1510 processor, 64MB of RAM, 64MB of ROM, 802.11b WiFi, Bluetooth, and an attachable mini QWERTY keyboard.
