SoniqCast's Aireo will forever be
the first MP3 player with built-in WiFi, but it looks like Samsung (well, technically, their Bluetek subsidiary) is
going to be the next step up, they just announced an agreement with Korea Telecom today to jointly develop a line
WiFi-enabled MP3 players. The first players should be out later this year, and will be able to wirelessly download
music from online stores and stream audio from a variety of different sources. Probably won't be able to do the one
thing we actually would want to be able to do with a WiFi-enabled MP3 player: wirelessly swap music with random people
on the subway.
