This can easly be made on windows, im corrently searching for a way to interact with skype using a custom built application.
This custom built application will do everything the MAC does up to the skype part, such as, check mail, search for song, play song (might not be on itunes, but its a start) And after these steps, if i find a way to interact with Skype, It will call you while the song is playing.
