The paperwork I got on the settlement also stated that the $100 is only for drives that WERE NOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. I had two of these things die on me, but they were under warranty and I got them replaced with "servicable used part" (which also died, and also replaced, again and again). So no $100 for me...just shipping expenses, lost data, downtime, and hassles.
