PSP web server
Someone's gone and whipped up PSP HTTPD, a web server for the
PSP. You can use it to access the files on your
memory stick via a web browser. We haven't had a chance to try this out yet so can't speak to the usefulness of it —
can you play media files from right off the memory stick to your browser? Could make an interesting little portable
media server, if so.

Evil strikes again..
Could be handy if it has the Rendezvous/Bonjour module and if there was a PSP browser that also supported Rendezvous/Bonjour. Could be used for some ZeroConf P2P type stuff or setting up games.
I can confirm that this works. I tried it first with WEP and it would hang. With WEP disabled it works. You can download files of your Memory Stick onto your PC. You have to assign your PSP a static IP address, this program doesn't suport DHCP yet.
thats wonderful! and rather handy. now it just needs NFS support to remotly mount hard drives. would make a great front end server hehe =^-^=
some people have quite a bit of time on their hands :)
Isn´t it simpler to install Linux os on your PSP then install Apache
probably not
linux?? no way...unless someone makes a bootable UMD version of it...haha knoppix on UDM!!!
