JDTeck JD55-PR reviewed
We know the kind of Sisyphean task it is to get better or more reliable cellular coverage where there is spotty service (or none at all)—and who wants to switch carriers just because they obviously don't care enough about their customers to blanket the area? Which is why cellular repeaters (we'll save the obligatory Fugazi reference) like JDTeck's JD55-PR are probably going to be come a lot more popular in the coming months and years. Capable of supporting up to three cellular devices at once, it's supposedly capable of boosting reception on an 800-1200 foot area on CDMA, TDMA, AMPS, DCS, GSM, and PCS spectrum. So how'd it do in the test? Well, besides the harshness of the $365 pricetag, it was apparently quite adept at accomplishing its task—making sure the only time you whine about a poor cell signal is when you need to get off the phone.

when i first read this title i thought it said 'jet pack'. i was like, finally!!!
It's Tuesday morning, but it FEELS like Monday morning and thus I'm having a hard deciphering the "obligatory Fugazi reference". Can someone help?

Be warned, their website says that this will not help with reception unless you have very very good reception outside the building. It is just a expensive external antenna. Save your money, get a cheap external antenna with lots of cable instead.
