Siemens Car Kit Bluetooth SIM HKW-720 provides integrated hands-free solution
Siemens is the latest to offer a Bluetooth
car kit for their phones, which lets you keep the phone stashed and do everything hands-free via the headend. The
Siemens Car Kit Bluetooth SIM HKW-720 can seamlessly access data from your phone's SIM, letting you use your address
book and other settings without having to manually initiate a connection. Of course, now that we know that going
hands-free to make calls in the car isn't safe, we really
shouldn't recommend this. Then again, if you're gonna go, may as well go first class.

Just to let you know, the real reason why hands free doesnt work is all the fiddling with the earpeice, so bluetooth speaker styli, at least in theory, you should be ok.

I have the prior version HKW-600, and it works reasonably well. There is moderate echo on the other end (none on my end - leading me to believe that it's not a BT interaction, rather a lack of software cancellation from the speakerphone). It worked really well with the phone book on my SE T-616, and I wsa able to see the entries in the phone book, for example. Works less well with my audiovox smt5600 in tems of accessing the phone book, but speech is passable. The thing does pick up ambient noise like you wouldn't believe, so no driving with the windows down, or even on the freeway.
Newer technology may improve things slightly.
