K9 Kalmer claims to relax dogs with ultrasonic tunes
We've dealt with a few barking dogs in our time, and most of the methods we've used to quiet them aren't suitable for a family web site. But here's one that is: the K9 Kalmer plays music at ultrasonic frequencies audible to dogs but not humans. Great idea, but unfortunately, it only plays a pre-selected proprietary tune. Sounds like a recipe for disaster, if, say, your pooch is into techno and the pre-programmed music is classical. This might peeve your pet even more, and the results aren't likely to be pretty.
