TireTagz turn hubcaps into a tacky LED display
Looking to make one more part of your car into a blinking, neon display? Tire Tagz, which will no doubt appeal to
the same drivers who go for spinners and flashy rims, use LEDs to display animated or static images while the car is in
motion. When the car is stopped, the unit displays nothing, making it a less obvious target for thieves. We're sure
this will also end up in another market: as a more versatile successor for those
hubcap-based ads we saw on some New York taxis last
year.

Oooooh, those blingin shooz will go great with the blue neon under my '93 Sentra. AND, they'll really make that jeweled crown in my rear window POP!
Who needs christmas lights on their wheels. Why not at least have some type of display happening there? Scrolling marquee that comes into focus at 35, cartoon of the mudflap girl at 55?
This is news? These have been out for years!
NEWS FLASH - TITANIC SUNK BY ICEBURG!

Wow... Pimp these on a black sedan, and you will have a fine batmobile from "Batman Forever"...!
This is reminiscent of those blinking lights for your bicycle spokes, circa 1980.
Toyota had these on Gran Prix cars back in 2000
This was shown on Top Gear ages ago, apparently the software stops people from entering offensive words by supplanting one of the letters for an '*'

Is there room for it to spell out 'I am a wanker'? Hang on, that's redundant..
I don't run in the trendy car circles but I figured these were due to come out as soon as I saw the ones for bikes. http://www.teamdroid.com/archives/2005/03/02/hokey-spokes-bicycle-safety-lights-with-led-spoke-lights-for-your-bike/
They need to be enabled in such a way as to read out SMS messages or maybe the time...
So beautiful the image is.
