Carbon nanotube TV
It's just a proof of concept for now, but still — it's essentially the real deal. Applied Nanotech has demoed a
25-inch display powered by carbon nanotubes, which are extremely tiny (about 50,000 times thinner than a human hair)
tubes that are strong, yet flexible. Apparently one of the advantages of such a display is a complete lack of ghosting,
and perhaps quite a bit of power savings as well. Applied Nanotech is aiming to use the technology to produce a 1280 x
720 resolution 80-inch screen. Until then, we're stuck with this curious low-res video to catch a glimpse of that rosy
future.

It would appear that they've picked a creepy old 1970's porno to demo their new technology. Odd.
Yeah, you'd think they'd showcase the technology with something less "cheesy".
More importantly, you would think that they would have realized that it is impossible to demo a better screen as a video played back on a worse screen.
It really isn't "powered" by nanotubes, it does make use of them though. According to Samsung this is the tv of the future.
Hey Chachi called and wants Joanie back.
cnt tv?!?? lol
While the choice of playback is odd, is it just me, or is that song strangely catchy? Arabesque's "Marigot Bay", if anyone wondered.
