Earlarm personal alarm keeps you on your toes
We'd worry a lot less about missing our stop on the train and ending up in way upstate New York if we had
Earlarm, a personal alarm that you plug into your ear like a headset. Just set the timer for any time up to 10 hours in
advance, and you'll be hit with a series of beeps when it goes off. Its distributors in Asia also recommend using it
for such purposes as reminding you when to take that cake out of the oven and when to pop your pills, but we'll stick
to using it to wake ourselves up. We might even start wearing it to meetings; that way, we can snooze through those
endless presentations, and still be sure we'll wake up early enough to leave the room on time.

This is a product just begging for convergence. Oh yeah! It's called a modern cellphone! It vibrates in your pocket when a set alarm goes off!
This feature has been available on another digital device for a few decades. It's called a watch. I rather prefer the alarm function it has since it's not easy to see the time on your ear.
you can't hear a watch with your headphones on full though and vibration features won't help you if you dozed off on the train
Just FYI, they've had this device in Japan for *years* -- I think I bought mine back in the 90's...
that person in the pic shoulda combed their hair before they got their pic taken
So does anyone know where you can pick one of these up, besides Japan? Any websites that look safe to deal with? (already checked ebay)
I would never buy a used Earlarm
