There are no way that I know to connect a compact flash reader to an iPod. This Sony device is just made to save your photo when your CF / MemStick is full and where your in a long trip without computer, that's it. It doesn't display your pics, it just stores them. It's cheaper than any device that display your picture. I say its a good device.
