SF Engadget Reader Meetup on for September 28th

Alright, it took a few days to suss out, but our San Francisco Reader Meetup is on for Wednesday, September 28th, and this time around we've locked down an all-ages venue. This one promises to be our biggest and baddest  event ever, we'll have refreshments, a Q&A with Ryan and myself, plenty of gadget giveaways, a couple of special guests, and hopefully, if everything goes according to plan, our brand new t-shirt.

It�s a little further out than we�d like, but we wanted to make sure we had a space that wasn�t just 21-and-over. Besides, it�s only about an eight-to-ten minute walk from the BART, just walk east up 16th Street when you come out of the station about six blocks and then take a right on Alabama, the event is on Alabama between 19th and 20th Streets. There should also be decent options for street parking, but we make no guarantees, especially if you arrive late.

For a Reader-Meetup sometime, you guys should really do one in Boston. Im 14, so make it an all-ages event too. I love Engadget and Joystiq, and read them several times a day. Im popular kid at school, but at home, I'm a geek. Counter-Strike, World of Warcraft, and I love going with my Dad to best buy. Your site is great, and after seeing Peter on Attack of the Show a while back, I've wanted to see you guys in person, and just meetup with other people interested in what I love.

WORD OF ADVICE, The mission is a semi ghetto/grungy neighborhood. If you guys are coming from downtown, and taking public transportation, look into catching a 27 BRYANT muni bus, which takes you a block from there. Some folks may be ... uhh .. uncomfortable ... walking through the mission. CHEERS!
