PAPA black box for stalking stalkers

Computers in school use

One big problem with prosecuting cyberstalkers and online predators is collecting the evidence necessary to convict. Traditional e-mail is easy to save, but it's hard to keep track of instant messaging or irc chats. Enter the Predators and Prey Alert (PAPA) black box being developed at Florida State University. It's a simple plug and play USB solution (our favorite kind) that allows law enforcement to record all kinds of communication taking place on the computer of a stalker victim and even masquerade as the victim if necessary. It all sounds well and good, we're just hoping this isn't an up and coming Google Toolbar feature.
