I had the Treo 600 and after 2 years moved to the iPAQ 6515. Much better camera, better operating system than Palm, bigger screen (square is not a problem, and NYDITOT screen emulator handles any minor ones), bluetooth, wi-fi in SDIO slot when needed and STILL 1 MB in mini SD slot, and fantastic GPS I use all the time (forget TomTom and use MapTech topo maps, much more info for a fraction of the price). Also more memory than the Treo 650. And it only cost $450...
Sony's just released a 15.5-inch addition to its VAIO S Series that not only adds a crucial bit of extra display acreage, but also bumps things up to a full 1080p.
