Sanyo DMP-M700 and DMP-M600 stick-like DAPs
Add to the HDP-M3000 a couple of other new DAPs from Sanyo slated to roll out in October: the DMP-M700 is just a 1GB version of the 512MB DMP-M600. With the former you've only got two colors to choose from while its smaller sibling has been lavished with five choices of coating. They're both exceedingly stick-like at 15.6 x 87 x 15.6mm and weigh in at 23 grams. Connection is via USB 2.0, and expect battery life at about ten hours — no word yet on what it'll cost to bag one of these.

where's the md player ?!
Next?
looks like an OK product for what it was meant to be, anyway, about another type of product, does anyone know if the Phillips WACS 700 is being sold in the US yet? I've been waiting for this product to come out here, check some user reviews and make a decision between this one by Phillips (www.streamium.com) or the Olive Musica by Olive Inc (www.olive.us), any feedback?
You know what I hate about all these mini MP3 players?
When they are so small that they can be worn on a lanyard around your neck, the headphones tend to get tangled in your hair and jewelry or the lanyard itself.
I'd rather take a musicphone over one of these but the goddamn cell companies won't give you a decent remote control with the package and insist you hold the cellphone in your hand to have access to the controls.
Why Can't sony make a musicphone with the same LCD nightglow remote it uses on its MD Players?
Come to think of it, why didn't SONY allow the use of the MD remote with the PSP and its music phones?

In fact, if SONY had included the remote featured here:

You could have AM, FM and TV radio with your PSP and musicphone.
This only costs the chinese $1 to make. That's the sad part.
If I was on SONY or Apple's design teams I'd make them trillionaires.
nice but does this play atrac files??? prolly not ogg eaithaeur l0x3rz...
I think I'll pass. On the other hand: is this thing scratch-proof?
I'm gonna get the MobiBlu in about 5 hours... doesn't that feature everything better than this 'new' gadget?
