Vacunaut vacuum suit weight loss system
Why is it that all the "best" ways to lose weight involve looking like a total idiot during the process? The Vacunaut is an airtight suit that is controlled by a "Technical Device" to suck the air in and out of 122 pressure chambers around your abdominal and hip areas. This is supposed to bring the blood to the surface and then release it, theoretically causing the fat-enriched blood to circulate and get burned off by active muscles during exercise. Or you could walk outside in this thing and get punched in the gut a few times for looking like a dork. Either way the point is to get your blood moving, so go for the pressure chamber gut hickey if you must.

How come they never actually use their target audience in their pictures?
This is the same argument used by those "shaking strap" type devices from the fifties which looked like a heavy lifting back support girdle which was attached to a machine that shook it rapidly back and forth. It was proven to be quackery upwards of thirty years ago or more. Folks that sold garbage like this used to get arrested.
There's a sucker born every minute...
This thing sucks!
What happens when it goes from suck to blow?
If you remember those vacuums that go on your boobs to make them bigger, then you know that applying a vacuum to a part of your body on a regular basis causes tissue to expand there. I see no reason this shouldn't make a person fatter in the end.
It's amazing, it sucks cash out of your wallet before you even strap it on...
It appears as though this guy is letting one rip.
I invented the most effective weight loss device ever. It's a collar that locks onto your neck and only an Exo-neck® specialist can remove it. Once locked into place, you are required to get your heart rate up to a certain amount for a certain period of time everyday or else it explodes, spraying your head about the room.
Yeah, I've seen this at my gym here in Glasgow. What they don't show you is that it's attached to a rather unwieldy compressor and those tubes look like a real pain in the a*se when you're on the running machine. No idea if it works or not... I've only ever seen fatties in it...
HI!
To all FITNESS FANATICS and WEIGHT LOSS HUNTERS nothing beats CARDIO EXERCISES as a true fat burner and cadio-vascular enhancer (aqua aerobics, step, dance, kickboxing, walking, jogging etc.)or just even doing it at home or in your favorite PARK is still the best. PEOPLE should know if you do you it the natural way, you will look natural enjoying exercise in fun & easier and cheaper too. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SPOT REDUCTION maybe only thru surgery..The benefit will stay longer, LOOKING and FEELING FIT, I am a certified FITNESS PRO and CHOREOGRAPHER.... TRUST ME nothing beats the real exercises LESS EXPENSIVE too.
Doing it in my favourite park, eh?
Uhh, wrong Diana, resistance training has been proven again and again to be more effective for weight loss than cardio....
Weight loss is easy - DON'T EAT SO MUCH!!!
It's really simple - Calories in Vs. Calories burned, ask any doctor.
I just lost 100lbs, (270lbs, to 170lbs), over 6 months by just cutting down my food intake. I haven't changed the type of food I eat, the quantity is just less. My weight has been stable at 170lbs for the past 3 months (I'm 6' tall).
I cut my meal sizes in half, and got awesome results. I don't get hungry like I used to either. It's easy and it's free. I feel healthier and have more energy.
So, if a person is 300lbs and does not fit in a regular pair of jeans, how are they supposed to get into this thing? I guess they must sell it in 3X size.
wow, diana. sounds like you're doing an infomercial.
Diana Prince, I'd like to hire you to sell the Exo-neck®! (see post #8)
"Diana Prince, I'd like to hire you to sell the Exo-neck®!"
Please bear in mind that you will be required to test it *fully*.
O Helll Naw!
I comission those of the engadgetverse to compete in a jokathon for this Piece of junk, 1..2..3..go!
Wanna lose weight now ?
He`s some tips (though you should consult a doctor before radically altering your diet/health plan).
(assuming you have no special health concerns)
- Eat less Junk
- Eat plenty of vegetables, lean meats (social/religeous beliefs not withstanding), fruits, light dairy products, and even carbo hydrates.
- get at least 30 minutes of cardio excercise each day (try walking at a brisk pace for 15 min in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon or evening for starters - and yeah, resistance training may be more effective, but walking or jogging is free and more convenient for most people)
- drink plenty of water, and cut back on soda (if you must have a flavored drink try green, black, or oolong tea...iced or hot, but NO SUGAR)
- Do not drink alcohol excessively (though a glass of beer or wine is ok every now and again assuming no substance abuse problems)
- Get plenty of sleep (plenty ranging from 6 - 9 hours a night depending on the person)
***and most importantly***
- STOP LOOKING FOR A QUICK, EFFORTLESS SOLUTION TO MILD/MAJOR OBESITY(lazyness and a sedintary lifestyle is how most people(americans anyway) end up obese in the first place...)
Take a look at all those famous greek sculptures from the days of yore. Ripped muscles and a trim physique. Those sculptures were modeled after real life people. People who worked hard everyday to produce the food that they ate. And since that was a day to day afair, they kept their physiques in tact.
Like I said though, if you really want to lose wait, talk to your doc and be prepared to discipline yourself enough to alter your eating habits and keep up on an excercise plan. Cause that`s almost certainly what he/she is going to tell you, and that`s usually all it takes...
