PSP subway maps from around the world
Links to PSP formatted subway maps for other cities around the world have been dribbling in since Thursday's story about that PSP NYC subway map, so we figured we'd post a few of them up. Let us know if there any others out there and we'll add them to the list.

Well in some parts of the world. If you take you're PSP to work out where you are you will get mugged.
Paul Lakin @ Dec 19th 2005 12:20AM
amnesia, the London Underground maps are available on the transport for london page as pdfs. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tube/maps/ These can easily be converted to jpg for the PSP. (Tip: if you just want to paste the map into paint/photoshop/whatever to save as jpg, zoom out, select the area wanted with the snapshot tool, ignore any messages, zoom in to desired level, right click and select Copy Selected Graphic)

Just wonder who's willing to pull out a PSP on a Subway? Maybe The Tube in London but, American's I hope your willing to be beaten for your PSP. I hope your armed. A cool Idea anyway.
craig @ Dec 19th 2005 12:20AM
I can't get DC's pic to load. Anyone else have another one?
chudoo @ Dec 19th 2005 12:20AM
Lets all just hope and pray that the terrorists don't get their hands on this information! Who knows what they would do if the bus/subway schedules were ever released!!
(note, I realize that this is about "intellectual property" but couldn't resist making a stupid joke.)
Speaking of, could the weather forecasters sue you for infringing their IP rights when you use a weather-widget or otherwise redistribute their "intellectual property"? (weather forecasts don't make themselves...Putting all that info together everyday is -someone's- bread and butter!)
Hunter @ Dec 19th 2005 12:20AM
Copy and paste the link into your address bar. Angelfire sucks but it's the only place I can upload a picture that large.

edit: that didn't come up right.
but the fact remains Toronto's subway doesn't need a map.

I've mirrored the DC Metro and Sydney maps because Sydney link is a joke labyrinth of adverts and the DC Metro image can't be directly linked...

Exar @ Dec 19th 2005 12:20AM
Apoco-Lips, whure do you watch news, I live in Mexico City, and I've never been robbed, I think the media tends to magnify the real thing.
PD. I don't have a PSP, but a use my Ipod there, with no problem at all. :-)

The subway maps of Hong Kong are at the top of each cart's door, and the maps tell you the train's current location as well, so they're actually more useful than JPGs on your PSP.
If you need it though, here it is:

what would be more useful is jpgs on your cellphone. then you can whip it out instead of a PSP. or even better, freeway maps and all the off ramps.

These are in .GIF format which is only available on the V2.0 of the PSP. What about us v1.5 PSP owners, we need .JPG's. Thanks
