Gennum's nXZEN noise cancelling Bluetooth headset
So Gennum announced their nXZEN which they claim offers the "most advanced and powerful noise reduction in the industry" via their patented dual microphone array. The 17-gram (respectable, but far from the smallest) headset features Bluetooth 1.2, up to 7 hours of talk and 100 hours standby time, and a 2 hour recharge. The nXZEN Plus throws in an "audio input port" to connect with CD or MP3 players with the music automatically muted when you answer a call. Available now for about $160.

Erhhh audio-in for CD or mp3, but is it stereo?
Ian @ Dec 19th 2005 2:06AM
yes, the audio input is stereo and the nXZEN PLUS comes with a stereo audio cable for mp3/cd music.

But I mean the nXZEN PLUS is not stereo itself? Would you listen to your mp3s in mono?
Will @ Dec 19th 2005 2:06AM
It comes with a single earbud cable for stereo sound. One channel is handled by the NxZen, and the other is handled by the earbud.
