Apple introducing a Madonna iPod nano?

We still don't know for sure whether or not Apple is going to intro a
video iPod next week (hey,
if we did know for sure we'd tell ya), but word is going around on several of the Madonna fan sites that, in the spirit
of the U2-themed iPod, Apple is planning to announce a
special pink-colored version of the iPod nano for the
Material Girl. Makes sense, since she helped launch the
ROKR E1 iTunes phone last month and has
generally been kissing up to His Steveness in interviews. If true, probably best to start preparing yourselves now for
several days of awful Madonna puns courtesy of the mainstream press.

Madonna rules! Her new album is already top 20 on Amazon.com, so she is obviously still popular. The "old" and "skanky" remarks are so sexist. If you don't like Madonna, fine. But to make fun of someone for becoming older..that is just pathetic.
So is it the Madonna nano, or the... what was it? ... the Esther nano?
But if they really came out with a pink nano, I'd want one... I'm 23 and a chick yes... and I grew up listening to Madonna. True, she's semi-washed up now, but she used to be the idol of many women my age.
You people who are dissing Madonna are a bunch of fucking losers. She has been around for a longtime and is sure to be around alot longer. What have you all done with you lives? I think the iPod Nano is a great tribute to one of the greatest icons of all time.
This could be the smartest thing that Apple has done yet. Madonna is always ahead of the game just like Apple is.The relationship between Madonna and Apple is the coolest thing. You have to be an idiot to not realize that. I will defintely by the new Nano. Madonna Rocks you lamos!!
This is an amazing idea!!! I love madonna. She is an icon and the combination of these two power houses will be astronamical!
Oh my gosh... you people are acting like the Madonna iPod shouldnt be made JUST because YOU dont think its a good idea...if you know YOU dont like Madonna or dont want a pink iPod.... THEN JUST DONT BUY THE THING.....I looooove Madonna..And I am speaking as a 13 year old...If Madonna wasnt a celebrity and is a "has-been"...then how would I be soooo OBSSESSED with her??????????? I would totally buy one...thats my opnion
Madonna is SOOO not a has been!! If she were then why the hell is she always selling records? She is absolutely unbelievable and this ipod will be a total hit! For all those that seem to think otherwise, lol, you obviously have no taste. It's okay- the hate drives in as much fame as the love :)
