The EASY5 GSM phone
You only get five numbers in the Easy5 (not to be confused with the Simply or Firefly, natch), so you better make 'em count. Give it to your kid, give it to your great grandma, just make sure they've got the charger, and make sure they know which number dials Mom for an after school pickup, which dials 911 (here's a hint, it's not 4, then 5, then one, then one again), and which one rings LifeCall to let them know you've fallen and you can't get up.

Am I going to have to create a filter that removes the word "natch" everytime it occurs? PLEASE stop with the natch business.
Yeah, I'm finding that "natch" thing grating too.
This phone seems to be 900/1800MHz only so it won't work in the US even though it's sold in USD.
Does anyone know if the Firefly sold in Target is locked to Cingular's network or can I use it with a T-Mobile SIM?
You know what annoys me more than natch???
all the haters that feel the need to comment about it!
Its a word for gods sake, if you dont like it read around it.
Between "natch" and "whatevs", I feel like I am at some retarted upscale lounge with a bunch of fake hipster wannabees. Le me out! Picture hearing people using these words in normal everyday speech. It's frightening.
wow i actually was just saying that in another post, clicked the comment to again say that about "natch" and saw all of you said it. so please, stop using natch!

This is reporting?
Isn't anybody else curious what this device actually does? Like, why only 5 keys?
Did I blink and miss a trend?
haha, 'natch' is exactly why I clicked the comment link as well! hey guys, you can't just insert random 'hip' words into otherwise dull text and make it sound cool.
#7, it only has 5 keys so that the user can only dial phone numbers with the digits 1-5, natch.
The price is kinda steep. By an old Ericsson world phone instead. Those have screens and are much cheaper. The Firefly is not locked, you can ues it on any netwok. It will work on the Tmobile network. :-)

For some reason, i always interpreted the "hipster talk" as self-deprecating humor. Is that not the case?
www.easy5mobile.com has virus in their files to be downloaded. There are no email adress to warn them.
