The "will NOT be responsible for any damage that might occur to your PlayStation 2 console due to the installation, attempt at installation, or use of any product available for sale here. It is the customers FULL responsibility" comment is most likely talking about the modchips and/or fliptop cases that the site offers.
Regardless, I won't be getting one. If you get a scratch or fingerprint on the screen, you'll get that projected onto the bigscreen also, no?
