The shakiness actually makes sense if you think about it. In all these FPS's you are always standing up and shooting, but anyone who has ever gone to a range and shot before, knows that even while laying down/sitting down, it's hard enough. Standing up and shooting is actually really hard, maybe games should incorporate.
If someone wants to camp behind a crate waiting for someone to walk by, that's fine, but now their arm will get tired like in real life. You can't just let the mouse sit there.
