Samsung i300 will have Windows Mobile 5.0
Snap! So remember yesterday how we whined a bunch about how Samsung was releasing the SGH-i300, their new 3GB smartphone, with the older version of Windows Mobile (WM2003SE)? Yeah, well, it looks like we might have to shut our mouths — according to CoolSmartphone, UK carrier o2, which was slated to introduce the i300 this month, has pushed back the phone's launch until next month so they can give Samsung some extra time to get Windows Mobile 5.0 onto the phone. Smart move all around, it'd be sort of like selling a PC with Windows ME on it three months after XP came out.
