The Airpouf vacuumlounger
A lot of people nailed us on the fact that the radio
toaster we brought you a few weeks back does in fact possess more functionality than we gave it credit for. Well
we're here once again trying to win back your respect with the Airpouf, a goofy convergence item that pairs a soft
round chair with an internal vacuum cleaner. When used in its seating capacity, this vacuumlounger covers its intakes
and exhausts with small plush balls that make the exterior resemble a mangled smiley face. Surely neither as effective
as a Dyson nor as comfortable as, say, the
Personal Rockin' Computer, the Airpouf proves once again
that cramming two products into one package doesn't necessarily make for a better widget.

The newest edition of Wired Magazine's "Gadget Lab" features a Black and Decker "Dust Buster". Writer Lisa Katayama reveals (confesses?) that she hasn't owned a vacuum cleaner since college because they're too bulky... This product might be even better for her scrungy living quarters! You hide the thing in plain view...
maybe i misunderstand the concept, but does anyone else think it's gross to sit on a chair made up dirt and cat hair?
douglas, that kind of close-mindedness will get you nowhere...
now may I interest you in a waterbed that doubles as a toilet?
#2, a chair that *contains* dirt and cat hair. Still might be gross to some people, but at least it's all safely contained within.
Uhm, sit on a chair with built in suction???
This should make for some interesting emergency room visits.

Hehe.
