"We need a digital camera that can be switched on and fire off that first shot fast. It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). It needs to be small, but mostly, just really quick in operation. Thanks!"
For those who are totally into this PPC (thread-crappers need not apply), I found a French retailer -- Boxprod.fr -- this morning who is taking orders (ie, not in stock, but coming) for the N311 ... for EUR322 before VAT! At the current exchange, that's about $389. Its probably an inflated price since they seem to be the only company selling any of these yet.
#15: It measures thusly: 110mm x 70mm x 14mm, 135gm. It's TINY. The original Tungsten T was 101mm x 76mm x 15mm, 159gm -- WHEN CLOSED.
