What would be really funny/geeky/cool would be a bluetooth "communicator badge" that worked like a bluetooth headset only had a little speakerphone instead.

Simply tap your chest and voice dial "Riker to enterprise" to start your call.

Sadly I'd probably buy such a thing, but at least I wouldn't wear it in public :)
