PDAFrance just got a sneak peek at HTC's handset roadmap for 2006. Most of these we've seen already before, but they do have the scoop on a new GPS-enabled Pocket PC Phone called the HTC Artimes / Qtek G200 that'll sport GSM / EDGE, Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, a miniSD memory card slot, and a jog ball (which is sorta like a mini-trackball). Should be out by Summer of 2006.
Is it a slider or a rotator?

HTC spanked MSMobiles over publishing their leaked roadmap to the world. Looks like this is one canary that just will not be silenced.
Looks to me like HTC now has a broader breadth of devices in its line-up (or roadmap at least) than Nokia. We have smartphones with wifi (HTC Tornado etc), Mini-laptops (HTC universal), Music phones (HTC Muse) and now GPS navigation. The only area were they still have nothing of note is a quality camera phone, but other than that I think they got all their bases covered.
With 105% YOY growth it looks like we are wiitnessing the birth of a potential giant. On which stock exchange are they listed again?

I was all set to buy the Loox 520 (also HTC, but not cell phone), now I am torn!!!!
It's microSD, not miniSD.
I think I ll stick to the Loox n520.

Another future device from HTC that only sports a 1.3 megapixel camera? Yawn. Hopefully they will be upgrading to 2 megapixels by 2010.
