Did I read that as in, you can use any of those wireless services at any time, as in, who ever has better signal? Or when you pay $500 a month, you only get one provider?

Bleh, gotta see how this works out. doesn't sound too interesting really, unless you easily have that kind of disposable income. Don't know of any Japanese-market hardware that would support all those networks plus their different data services...

While it will probably work in today's world (I know dog walkers that easily make 6 figures), I am not sure how it addresses the convenience need. I dread having to transfer my data from one phone to the next and to having to figure out all the features. As the president of a cell phone company, I can have any phone I want yet I hold on to mine until they die.
